- Carrots – An excellent source of vitamin A. Offer a few baby carrot slices or pieces per day.
- Broccoli Florets – Packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. Provide a few small pieces several times a week.
- Cucumber – Provides hydration. Offer a 1-inch slice or chunks 2-3 times per week.
- Bell Peppers – Red, green or yellow peppers offer vitamin C. Provide a 1-inch chunk once or twice weekly.
